Covers kiln emissions, water recycling and waste clay across our European and Gulf tile suppliers.
European conformity
Declarations of performance are filed for every porcelain and sanitary line imported from the EU and the UK.
Water efficiency
Mixers and cisterns carry a tested flow rate. Our 6/3 litre dual-flush lines meet the strictest rating we can source.
Indoor air quality
Applies to adhesives, laminates and engineered boards. Relevant on any project chasing a green rating.
Ceramic tile standard
Water absorption, breaking strength and slip class stated per collection, on request as a signed test report.
Warranty by category
Every invoice carries the warranty period below. The manufacturer covers the product; we handle the claim on your behalf.

Authenticity 01
One import chain, documented
Every consignment arrives against our own LC, in the manufacturer's packing. We can produce the bill of lading and the commercial invoice for any batch we sold you.

Serials and holograms intact
Locks, mixers and cartridges carry factory serials. If a box has been opened or a hologram is missing, it did not come from this showroom.

Warranty registered at the counter
We record the model, serial and invoice against your project on the day of purchase, so a claim years later needs one phone call, not a receipt hunt.
Raising a warranty claim
Call the showroom with the invoice number. A technician inspects within three working days in Dhaka, and we carry the common spares in stock.
